The Piddington Society recently held a conference in Kalgoorlie at which Tim presented.
Tim recently had the pleasure in presenting a paper at the Piddington Society’s conference on Recent Developments in Mining law. The conference held at the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Chamber of Commerce & Industry was attended by Perth and Kalgoorlie practitioners.
Tim’s paper dealt with the decision of the High Court in Forrest & Forrest Pty Ltd v Wilson, the Western Australian Court of Appeal’s decision in Forrest & Forrest Pty Ltd v Marmion and a decision of Pritchard J in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
